How Does WeOrder Express Serve Business Buyers?
Manufacturers
All suppliers on WeOrder Express MUST be manufacturers.
Trading companies are not allowed to sell on WeOrder Express. This ensures that buyers get the lowest possible product costs from suppliers in China. By offering a large number of manufacturers on the platform, buyers have also a wide range of choices.
All manufacturers on WeOrder Express are fully audited and confirmed as manufacturers and going concern in the product they claim they offer.
Trade Facilitators
Any Trade Facilitator on WeOrder Express must be:

Based in China;

Communicates with a language the buyer understands.

Have years of experience in the product the buyer is interested in;

Receives his service fees ONLY after the goods are delivered satisfactorily to the buyer.

Follows up with the Service Providers to ensure goods are delivered on time, as per specifications, and with no quantity shortages.
Trade Facilitators play a critical role in the process. They guide the buyer and help him/her solve any problems right from the contract negotiation till the post-shipment follow up. Buyers will not have to speak Chinese or English if they don’t want to as the Trade Facilitator must speak both Chinese and the local language of the buyer. Trade Facilitators’ experience with the products and the export market of the buyer ensures that the buyer buys products that conform to his/her local market needs.

The Trade Facilitator will handle all aspects of communication with them through WeOrder Express and will interact with the buyer to decide on the parameters Service Providers will use to render their services to the buyer.
